FAQ
1. Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill or accept insurance. However, we do accept HSA/FSA cards, credit and debit cards, checks, and cash for all services. Many of our patients find that our straightforward pricing and high-quality care are more cost-effective than dealing with insurance networks. We’re happy to provide itemized receipts (superbills) if you’d like to submit a claim to your insurance provider directly.

2. What services do you offer?
We provide a range of services including:
-
Chiropractic care
-
Acupuncture
-
DOT physical exams
-
Sports physicals
-
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
Each service is tailored to your specific health needs and goals.

3. Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No referral is necessary. You can schedule an appointment directly with us by calling or booking online.

4. What can I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit typically includes a full consultation, physical exam, and (if appropriate) your first treatment. We’ll discuss your health history, assess your condition, and create a personalized plan to get you back to peak performance.

5. How long is a typical appointment?
Initial appointments usually take 30-45 minutes. Follow-up visits typically range from 15–30 minutes, depending on the treatment provided.

6. What is IASTM and how does it help?
IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) is a technique using specialized tools to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. It can help speed up recovery, reduce pain, and improve mobility.

7. Are your doctors local?
Yes! We’re both proud to be from the local area and committed to giving back to the community we grew up in. We know the people, the pace, and the needs of our neighbors — and we’re here to help.

8. Do you offer same-day appointments?
We do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments. Give us a call or book online to check availability.
